Academic achievements and reputation obtained by the Study Program. Biology Education is accredited “A” (Excellent). The latest student achievements are recipients of superior scholarships, namely scholarships that cover all costs required for 4 years. The scholarship selection is based on UN scores and student academic achievements. In 2014 several Biology Education Study Program students received PBUMD, PPA, and Bank JATENG Scholarships. In addition, other achievements that have been achieved, including in 2017 at the national level namely Champion 3 PKM-K PIMNAS (National Student Scientific Week), Favorite Champion 3 Posters PIMNAS (National Student Scientific Week), Receive Funding 35 million rupiah Village Development Grants, Achieved Funding of 15 million Student Business Competition Grants (KBMI) and other local level achievements), in 2016 National Level namely: On MIPA PT Finalists, 4th Place On MIPA Selection and other local level achievements, in 2014 International level namely: Even Youth Model ASEAN Conference, 3rd Winner of Nusantara Leadership Camp and National Level, namely: National Level Achievement Student Contest by Endang Rahmawati (The 2014 National Level Achievement Student Finalist, the only one from a Private University, 2nd Place in English Speech Debate Competition, 2nd Place in Regional Kopertis Level Mawapres VI and other local level achievements.
Graduate
Eighty-two percent (82%) alumni of the Biology Education Study Program work in relevant fields, namely being Biology Teachers, Lecturers, Science Teachers, Researchers, Lab Managers and Entrepreneurs in the field of Biology and the average waiting time for graduates to get their first job is 3 months . Study Program Students. The majority of Biology Education students complete their studies between 3.5 years and 4 years, and the percentage of timely graduation of students of the Biology Education Study Program FKIP UMS is ninety percent (90%).
